Access to the app

Hi everyone,

Just a quick note to let you all know that we are currently experiencing an unexpected outage with one of our providers which is affecting access to the app for some customers.

Rest assured we’re working with our provider to resolve this as quickly as possible, and we’ll update you on this thread as soon as we have more information.
