Feedback re Chargebacks/disputes


I’m dealing with a dispute at the moment and I’ve noticed that I have to upload jpgs from my phone’s cameroll for evidence.

Could you look at adding support for other files like you do for receipts and the like?

It would make it much easier to share a lengthy email chain with you - and much easier for staff to follow the thread of that conversation when they process the request.

Good idea; if you’re using Shopify however it is pretty easy to do this from their app.

Definitely something coconut could look at in the future, not sure it would be a massive priority right now though.
